The card allows customers to use all services of the hotel: entertainment, sporting equipment, beach equipment, and the shuttle service to the private beach.
Bed and kitchen linen is changed weekly; bathroom-linen on Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday (from 1 May to 1 June 2002 and from 1 to 31 October 2002 only on Tuesday and Saturday).
Linen cleaning and change available on request: daily € 4,00 per person

CRADLE:
35,00 € a week, to be requested at reservation and paid for on the spot.
BATHROOM AND BED LINEN: included.

ANIMALS: Only small animals are allowed (except in common places), if notice is given at reservation

DEPOSIT: 200,00 €, refunded at departure.

Payments
Payments are to be made in the following ways:
25% on acceptance of the offer;
75% one month before the scheduled arrival date.
Advanced payments are to be notified via fax and made by:
- postal order to Freedom of Holiday, via Madrid 11, 97100 Ragusa
- bank transfer to Freedom of Holiday srl c/o Banca Antonveneta, Agenzia di Ragusa cc. N. 10358L ABI 05040 CAB 17001
Cancellation by the Guest
Cancellations are to be notified to Freedom of Holiday srl by registered mail and previous fax to 0932/ 252747.
a) In case of cancellation, customers must pay to Freedom of Holiday srl the following sums in compensation:
30% of the price, for cancellation within 30 to 14 days of the arrival;
70% of the price, for cancellation within 13 to 7 days of the arrival;
100% of the price, for cancellation made within less than 7 days of the arrival.

CANCELLATION BY FREEDOM OF HOLIDAY
The Freedom of Holiday srl does not accept any responsibility for damages due to the cancellation or reduction of the holiday period, or to the cancellation of some services, when these are caused by exceptional or unpredictable events, such as:
- strikes, adverse climatic conditions, wars, social unrest, etc.
Responsibilities of the Guest:
Names and surnames of the group members, and children birth dates, must be advised to Freedom of Holiday srl. at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Bambini e Ragazzi
The Bambini rate applies to infants under 3 years old
The Ragazzi rate applies to children between 3 – 12 years old
Age must be confirmed by identity documents (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
This lacking, the Ragazzi rate applies to infants, and Adult rate applies to children.
The Ragazzi rate applies only if children share the room with two adults.

The Residence Rates include: accommodation in the residences, villas with 4 beds (a room with double-bed and a living-room with 2 beds); villas with 5 beds (a room with double-bed, bedroom with 2 single-beds and a living-room with 1 bed); or villas with 6 beds (a room with double-bed, a bedroom with 2 single-beds and a living-room with 2 beds). The villas have a bathroom, an equipped kitchenette, a fridge, a veranda or balcony.

Competent Forum:
The Court of Ragusa is recognized as arbiter of any dispute deriving from the execution, cancellation and interpretation of this contract.
